Robinson’s inclusion on Survivor: Fiji became a device for him to satisfy his passion and interest, with an avid fan of the popular reality show. He considers his participation in the Survivor as a unique experience that was deeply satisfying, despite the complications and challenges.

Although he already anticipated the tough challenges and the harsh living conditions, what surprised him most is the difficulty in dealing with hunger and dehydration, not to mention the great heat. He explained that he hasthrough some tough times in his life, but describes his time on Survivor lighter than "said than done." To make things worst, he also had the extreme personalities of his race colleagues, who pushed the most of his face.

Among other things, he is the most hated participant James "Rocky" Reid, who beat him with verbal abuse during the Tribal Council last night. In fact, he claims that he simply can root for anyone but firmly hopes that Rocky is not the end as the lastSurvivors.

As for the show 's portrayal of him, he considers it to be fair, although he wanted it presented more of its high and positive moments. He claims that he has relationships with almost every kind, and that's a lot of incidents where he really worked hard to come up with the strategies and actions for the benefit of his tribe.
