Are you unhappy at work? Tired and without energy and drive? Do not worry, you are not alone! Studying in the U.S. show that up to 70 percent of employees are unhappy with their work at a particular time.
We all have our jobs to be dissatisfied and frustrated sometimes. So how do you know when the feeling of discontent and frustration, it is time for a career change?
There are some important signs that a necessity for a change number:
* Feeling overwhelmed by yourWorkload
* Not able to view your work and personal life responsibilities
* Confused about roles and responsibilities in your job
* Easily irritable and ready to explode at the slightest provocation
We choose our careers for many reasons: because of the support of our parents, because it is a successful activity, or for financial reward () just to name a few. However, you can in a career that does not support your most important values. This could be the root of yourDiscomfort.
Take a personal and professional range. Consider some important questions.
1. Look at your current job. How are you there?
2. What are (your personal attributes artistic, adaptable, creative, leader, etc.)?
3. What are your core values (autonomy, growth, help others, financial security, etc.)?
4. What are your greatest strengths?
5. Identify your achievements.
6. Identify your career and satisfier dissatisfiers: For eachPosition that you have had in your career, what activities or tasks do you enjoy (and do not enjoy) about?
7. What is important for you personally and professionally?
8. What do you want to do or achieve in your life (personally or professionally), so you have to consider your life's been good to have lived?
9. What are you most excited now?
Take a look at your answers. Is your current career in line with who you are, what you value, andwhat are you good? If not, then it is time to change something.
Once you've determined that you are ready for a career change, think about and remember what you want. If you could do anything, what would you do? By assessing your accomplishments, skills, strengths and weaknesses to create a link between what it is that you value what you are good, and where the "juice" for you - all things that you discover a to see new career turn.
Decide what you want andCreate your chances. Create a plan. Then use the plan of resentment in your current job to look for the positive change you to your new career. What are your skills transferable? What you learn in your current position you can take with you? Once you have a plan, stay focused on your intention, and be aware of opportunities that present themselves.
Despite your current frustration and excitement to have the opportunities before him, it is natural, Fear has started a new career. Feel the fear and do it anyway! Do you think of it, the power is so in you.
